Refund Policy

This refund policy applies to all items sold or fulfilled directly by 2KXO Inc., affiliates or subsidiaries via or 2KXO mobile applications.

Refunds and Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days from the date your order was shipped. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Returns postmarked within 15 days from the day your shipment date gets free return shipping. Returns postmarked after 15 days from the shipped date will be deducted $7 for return shipping from your order. A return label will be voided after 5 days from the date printed. A free return label is only valid for 48 Contiguous United States and only 1 time per order. Refunds will be processed within approximately 5 to 10 business days after we receive your return. All purchases that were made from online cannot be returned to any brick and mortar store. Should you receive damaged, defective or wrong item, please contact customer service immediately, also please return it to us within 30 days from the date your order was shipped.

** Due to the high volume of orders, you may experience extended processing time up to 15 business days after we receive your return during the holiday season. **

Return Conditions

  • Clothing returns must be in its original state, with all hanger tags and price tickets attached. Clothing must not show any signs of wear, or it will not be accepted.
  • Shoe returns must be in new, unworn condition, and must include the original shoebox.
  • All swimwear must be unused, with all tags and hygiene strips attached. For a bikini set (top &bottom) both pieces must be returned together. 2KXO will not take a return or exchange for individual pieces.
  • All lingerie, shapewear, and bodysuits must be returned unworn, unwashed, and unused with tags attached.
  • FINAL SALE: All Accessories includes jewelry, body chains, bags, sunglasses, hats, belts, tights/socks, scarves, key chains, beauty/cosmetic, hair, costumes, and all home category products (books, stationery, decor, party, tech) are final sale. All markdown items are final sale. Final sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds. Hoverboards are also final sale, but customers have 7 days to report any issues with the device. Also, e-gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable. 2KXO is not responsible for lost or stolen e-gift cards.
  • Due to the rapid turnover, we do not offer an exchange.
  • During a Buy One Get One (BOGO) Free promotion, customers will buy one promotional item (paid item) and receive another promotional item of equal or lesser value for $0.00 (free item). * All Jewelry are FINAL SALE
    • If you want a full refund: Both promotional items must be returned together to receive a refund of full purchase value. If a customer wishes to return one or both items:
    • If you want to return only the free BOGO item: The BOGO item that was charged $0.00 (free item) cannot be refunded and can only be exchanged for an item of equal or lesser value.
    • If you want to return only the paid BOGO item: All customers must pay the full retail price of the free item, and so will be refunded the remaining money for the paid item.

Holiday Return Policy

Purchases made from November 17 to December 26 fall under our Holiday Return Policy. Purchases made from November 17 to November 30 must be mailed back to 2KXO within 50 days from the date your order was shipped. Purchases made from December 1 to December 26 must be mailed back to 2KXO within 30 days from the date your order was shipped.

How to Return

If you checked out as a guest, click here to locate your order and start the return process.

If you have an account with us:

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Click “My Account” at the top of the page.
  3. Click the “Return” button next to the order number that contains the item you wish to return.
  4. Click the “Start a Return” button on top of your order page. Follow the prompts to initiate your return.
  5. Print out the USPS label and place your return label on the return package.
  6. Drop your labeled package at a Post Office.

* Your package must include the original order invoice. Pack and seal your return merchandise securely and mail it to us.

* We do not provide physical return labels. If you do not use our return label, you will be responsible for covering shipping costs to return items.

International Return Restriction

Orders shipped internationally aren’t eligible for free returns or merchandise exchanges. You will be responsible for return shipping and handling fees. Original shipping fees are nonrefundable.
International orders returned to will receive a refund for the merchandise but not duties, taxes or tariffs.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy


When will I receive an order confirmation?

Your order confirmation will be emailed to you within 30 minutes of placing a successful order.

How do I check the status of my order?

You may check the status of your order by logging in to your account, clicking on “My Orders”.

When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship within 2-6 Business days of being placed. Please see our Shipping Policy for more detailed information regarding shipping times and services.

When will I get my tracking number?

You will receive a shipping notification email that includes your USPS tracking information once your order ships.

How do I change something on my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to your order once it has been placed. If you are attempting to cancel your order, please call our Service department immediately.  Once our warehouse has fulfilled the order, we are unable to cancel it.

Can I add an item after placing an order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes to an existing order.  However, if you place a new order that can be shipped with your existing order, usually within 24-hours, only valid with standard shipping.

Will I have to pay taxes on my order?

Taxes are assessed based on municipality that the order is shipping to, not the billing address. If the shipping municipality assesses tax on retail apparel sales, then you will be charged the appropriate tax on your purchase.


When does my card get charged?

We pre-authorize your card at the time the order is placed.  We do not charge your card until your order ships.

Why has my card been declined?

Your bank will be able to let you know why your card has been declined. Please contact your card-issuing bank.

Was I charged twice for my order?

Your card is only charged once for the items you purchased when those items are shipped.  When an order is placed, we pre-authorize the card to ensure that enough funds are available, and to verify account authenticity. The authorization will “drop-off” typically within 3-7 days, depending on your bank.

Does 2KXO accept prepaid gift cards?

Yes, we accept all major prepaid gift cards if the card has been registered through the customer service number on the card. Please make sure to register your prepaid card with an address or zip code, otherwise, your card will not be accepted.
